A 1m x 1m section of lightweight easy to assemble staging which fasten together very quickly.  The finished height is 430mm from the floor and this intended for inside use only and should be laid on a level surface.  Rated at 900Kg per square metre.

This page shows BOTH a selection of items intended for in-house meetings, presentation and conference type events where delivery and installation for use on a ‘self drive’ basis is often all that is required and then leads on from there.  (Technicians can be added if required at any level of course).

A high quality modern black metal lectern supplied with a lectern microphone, mic lead, light, power pack and mains lead.  The microphone is a type designed for use on a lectern and is intended to be cabled into a mixing desk which must supply 48 volts phantom power.  All of our mixing desks have this feature but if using anything else please check as no sound comes out of the mic if not phantom powered.

Intended to be a solution for inexperienced users who want an easy to operate lighting systemwithout having to hire a technician to programme and operate lights.  This is a complete kit comprising 2 x 36 watt (36 x 1 watt LED) Full colour LED PAR64 lighting cans - not be confused with the cheap low power LED cans which contain hundreds of 5 - 10mm LED’s, This type is surprisingly bright..  Each kit is supplied as a bar of 2 lights, a tall 3 section lighting stand and a simple 4 channel manual (non-programmable) controller (controls colours and brightness).  This equipment is intended to be a cost effective ‘no frills’ easy to use solution to allow the user to illuminate the subject and alter the colour from what would otherwise be a harsh white to something more desirable.  All connected lights will follow the same colour control.

Video Vision have provided event solutions throughout the length and breadth of the U.K. since 1988 - sometimes spilling over into Ireland and Europe.

In terms of size, these range from small 2-4 hour seminars, meetings, product launches, through to award evenings, single and multiple day conferences,  touring conferences and touring product launches.

Just like many companies like ours we handle the technical aspect well, but what makes us so different?  

Whilst budgets for past work have ranged from literally a few hundred pounds to events with custom built sets and large production crews coming in at virtually phone number figures, most of our events are what our customers still like to call affordable.  Whilst it’s perhaps reassuring to know that we have the skills to ‘pull off’ the big glitzy productions we do still also keep our feet firmly on the ground.

Perhaps contrary to common assumptions we also like small more intimate events so please do get in touch no matter what you need - Yes, the pictures here show larger perhaps more glamorous events but we do cater for all sizes of events and it is often extremely rewarding to provide equipment and expertise for a smaller event where we can simply add the professional touch and make a real difference.

A growing trend is one where companies are asking us to provide and set up equipment to run themselves on a ‘self drive’ basis - a sort of halfway house between going it alone and a fully crewed event.  Again, we welcome this type of event very much and have purposely purchased (and built) a range simple to use equipment for these instances.
